background is in the current 3.0 spec listed at www.w3.org. I haven't
reviewed everything that Netscape 1.1b2 has added to table (other than 3d)
but they seem to have most of the stuff listed in the spec.

I'm certainly against letting netscape lead the way and everyone playing
catch-up...the '3d' tables, flash, etc. I could live without...tables in
general, the background stuff, those would be nice, and are looking to be
somewhat 'standard' ...the push-pull stuff, which is a netscape gadget, I
could really use, I dunno if they have chosen the best way to implement it,
but some way to at least request that the client re-load at an interval
would be very useful.
