Background Graphics not visible in OmniWeb

It might help to point out that they are voilating the HTML standard,
which e.g. will also lead to problems once they start using real
editors.

Sigh.. it's a big problem. It's a very microsoftesque attitude:
"Standards? We don't need no stinkin standards".. yeah right, we
just make up our own... darn.

I think OmniGroup should be very careful about which netscapism to
implement and which not. At least, don't follow them blindly.
