Background Graphics not visible in OmniWeb

On the other hand, compared to OmniWeb or even Netscape 1.0, the  
background feature is aesthetically stunning compared to a plain  
white or gray background.

I understand why someone would prefer Netscape adhere to published  
standards, but this specific feature is IMHO worth breaking the  
spec.
