OmniImage + ImageViewer Puzzle

Wil's suggestion that I open ImageViewer.app and rename services worked.

Now when I download a jpeg via OmniWeb only OmniImage launches and it succeeds  
in displaying the picture.

For informational purposes, here is the location and permissions of  
OmniImageFilter.services. It was suggested that this might be in the wrong  
place or permissions wrong. If anyone sees a problem, please let me know.
