I'm running version 1.0 of OmniWeb on a NeXTstation Turbo with 16 MB of  
RAM and 239 MB hard drive, under v3.1 of NeXTSTep.  Today, when I fired up  
the browser immediately after logging in to the primary user account,  
"me"--which I use almost exclusively--the brower told me "too many users  
are using OmniWeb" and refused to produce the browser window.  


I was able to get the browser to work properly only by powering down and  
doing a cold re-boot.  Several times during the day, the same "Too many  
users..." window appeared, a couple of times while I was in the midst of  
an active session.  In every case, the only way to restore service was to  
do a cold re-boot.  At no time during the day was there more than one user  
logged on--always the "me" account.

This is annoying.  Is there a fix?
