An interesting theory.  However, only one other NeXT at our site has  
OmniWeb installed on it (it isn't accessible from the network--only from  
individual machines), and that machine (which is in the office next door  
to mine) wasn't in use at the time.  Moreover, this theory doesn't seem to  
explain why a session already in progress would abort with a "too many  
users" message...
