How to cache the web page locally?

Does any body knows how to cache/save the web page (using Omniweb) into local
HardDrive thus I can read them some other time while I am off-line.
I am using selectAll-copy and then copy the single web page to an Edit rtf/rtfd
file. It works but the hyperlinking is lost. Is there any easy way of linking
those pages together using something like the NeXT-Help style. The Edit.app can
do hypertext linking as I know but I can't find any documentation related to the
hyperlinking (not past-link).
Another problem of copying to rtfd is that graphics will be saved in the rtfd
folder in "tiff" format which cost about 10x disk space of "gif"! Is there any
way of keeping gif file within rtfd as it was?
