using OW w/ WebOOGL

I think we need an app-wrapper for the WebOOGL perl script. The app-wrapper  
would register the extension and OmniWeb would open this app which could start  
Geomview.app. Perhaps the script needs to be tweaked to use "open".
Regarding the other way round, the perl script for Geomview.app needs to use  
"openURL".

Perhaps soemone has enough experience and time to do these modification. I'm  
lacking both at the moment.
