section markers in dynamic documents

This may have been mentioned before...

There seems to be a problem with section markers in documents returned from a
"search": OW replaces the search parameters with the section name and tries to
retrieve the new URL.

For example, a "search"
	http://foo.com/script?x=1
may return a HTML document with sections marked by anchors such as
	<a name="A">
If the document contains a link to this anchor
	<a href="#A">
then when the user follows this link OW forms the URL
	http://foo.com/script#A
and tries to fetch that URL; what it should do is simply jump to the marked
section in the page it has already loaded.

If you want a live test, try the horoscope (under the Gazette section) of the
Daily Telegraph. I can't give a full URL as you need to register (it's free),
but the Telegraph home page is
	http://www.telegraph.co.uk/
