Reply to URL/news bug?

When reading news via Omniweb, the poster of a message is set up as a  
reply-to link. For example, news:3vhm8s$nh3 at digifix.digifix.com  
(comp.sys.next.announce) has an entry of:
    Reply to Scott Violet <scottl at nacm.com>

but it's source looks like:
    <ADDRESS><A HREF="mailto:Scott">
Reply to  Scott Violet &lt;scottl at nacm.com></A><BR></ADDRESS>

so the mail To: address winds up being "Scott" instead of "Scott Violet  
<scott at nacm.com>". Is this a bug in the news reading portion of Omniweb?
