Re-enabling the "Search in WebCrawler" service

OmniWeb has a built-in URL for the WebCrawler, which recently moved to a new  
location.  As we begin to phase out the old address, we have broken one of  
my favorite services, the "Search in WebCrawler" service!

To fix the it, and to fix the pointer to the WebCrawler in OmniWeb's home  
page, edit two files in the OmniWeb app wrapper:

	OmniWeb.app/services
	OmniWeb.app/Start.html

and replace "webcrawler.cs.washington.edu" with "webcrawler.com".
