OmniWeb refer Application Font as a default Font for document.
If your set your primary Language to "Japanese" on Preference.app, OmniWeb  
change its Font to "GothicBBBHelvetica" followed by the entry "GLOBAL  
NXFont GothicBBBHelvetica" in your default database.
