Foundation, 3.2 users, etc: static linking?

Ok, Omni, here's a question:

Can you distribute statically linked copies of the programs you distribute?

In other words, can you bring out (as an example), a black only version of  
OmniPDF, or of DoomII, that is statically linked with the foundation lib (for  
PDF) or the interceptor libraries (for Doom), so that those of us not with 3.3  
can use them?

(did I misunderstand you, or did you previously say you had a tool for static  
linking that you were selling for $1500?)
