How does omniweb treats cached data?

Hi all,

I have been using omniweb with delegate (Japanese kanji network
filter, very popular in Japan, and definitely needed to treat 3 types
of Japanese encoding) and I noticed strange phenomena.

The Strange thing is that omniweb seems not to reload when it should
do so. When I use omniweb alone, it *reloads* when it should, but
when I use with that delegate and with caching on, omniweb reloads
the *cached* html or image. That means actually reloading is
impossible.

This is really a problem when a static html is modified, because I
cannot see the changes with that two combination until the cached
data expires. And this combination had been excellently working well
before I turned on the caching feature.

This kind of reloading problem does not occur with another
combination, delegate and netscape2.0b6.

Can anybody give me some advice?
