Cache in OW 2.0?

Sounds great, and a lot more efficient. My question, however (I
should probably have told so from the beginning :-) ) was more
focused to a problem I now have: I haven't found the way to save an
image I'm viewing in OW2.0 to disk, or to open it in an external
viewer (as was the case when you dragged the file inside the browser
window in OW1.0), so I wanted to directly copy it from the cache.
How do I do that (saving an image)?
