Strange OW2.0 bug

I do have a real weird OW2.0 behavior. I someone after looking at the site could come up with any explanation, I woud be very grateful.

Here are the two problem descriptions I already send to omniweb2 at omnigroup.com:

P.S.: The site is not really open for public right now, so don't be confused if some of the links will not work. The Homepage should work all right in all it's incarnations, though.
