NeXTstep 4.0

I am planning to upgrade to NeXTstep 3.3 in order to use OmniWeb 2.0.  
But everytime I start to place the order, my instincts tell me that  
NeXTstep 4.0 will be released as soon as I do.

As I am not a developer and NeXT has largely abandoned the education  
market, I am completely in the dark on this. If anyone can fill me in  
on the schedule for 4.0, I'd appreciate a message at
richard at seuss.math.wright.edu.
