There will be an Openstep 4.0 coming up probably in mid 96. If you happen to  
order your upgrade to NS3.3 now and OS4.0 comes sooner (a good possibility)  
you'll be eligible for a free upgrade. NeXT has been fine with educational  
institutions and other clients in this regard.

BTW, you can still buy the _whole_ academic bundle (Dev. included) at a much  
lower cost than its commercial counterpart. Check with  info at objectech.com
for more details.
