What's broken in OmniWeb?

I know, but that was because Tim (Berners-Lee) never addressed graphics 
in the first place. After NCSA introduced graphic they became objects 
just like everything else.

The point here is not that handling graphics preformatted is a quirky 
Netscape specific thing - it that not handling it is a quirky OmniWeb 
thing which makes it impossible to get OmniWeb to read the way every 
other browser I can lay my hands on does. except HotJava which apparently 
doesn't like in-line jpg's.
