OO3 Notes Styling

David the default style for notes is the 'Note' style in the drawer. 
Selecting it and applying your style changes should update any notes 
that don't have local styles applied to them. It sounds like most of 
your notes will have local style attributes so you'll want to use the 
Format-Clear Style command to fix that.
