Dueling services (was Re: OmniImage problem)

yep, imageviewer was the problem.
it registered its services b4 OmniImageFilter.

i removed the file types for bmp and gif from imageviewer/services in our /LocalApps and re-logged in.
(i couldn't just take away the app since somebody might want to use it.)  but i figure they won't miss those services.

now transparent gifs are displayed correctly, and so are 24-bit .bmps.
