Installation problems

Well, it is hard to be sure what your computer is like because we are here
not there, but from your description it sounds like your Dock Icon points
to a location in the filesystem where the OmniWeb.app is NOT located.
The easiest way to correct this situation, is to log in, remove the
icon, and drag a new one to the dock in its place.

Then all should be OK.
